Health - a value without a price

Feel.
Protect.
Strengthen

Serious illnesses, surgical interventions and challenging phases of life can leave both physical and mental traces. At Hotel Heiden, we do everything we can to ensure that your recovery is not only faster, but also more pleasant.

Our individualised therapy offers combine targeted exercise and relaxation to optimally support your regeneration. Based on conventional medical knowledge and supplemented by alternative healing methods, we accompany you on your way back to new strength.

And although our wish as hosts is that you feel completely at ease with us, we - together with the inspiring surroundings between Alpstein and Lake Constance - will ensure that you can leave us again soon. But until then, we warmly welcome you and look forward to accompanying you during this valuable phase

Therapies

The success of a therapy depends to a large extent on how the parties involved harmonise with each other. You, the patient, are at the centre. Your primary treating doctor knows you and can provide our in-house colleagues and therapists with targeted support. Only when the examining doctor has put together an individual therapy programme in consultation with the therapists will your actual cure begin with treatment in the form of physiotherapy, massages and physical therapy.

One of the strengths of the spa programme at Hotel Heiden is the ability to combine conventional therapies and alternative medicine in a variety of ways and offer them under one roof. To a limited extent, we also support you with care and everyday activities such as showering, putting on support stockings and accompanied walks.

CHEZ HENRY - THE FRENCH POP-UP RESTAURANT

A breath of French air is blowing through Heiden at the former Barissimo on Poststrasse 32a: just in time for France's national holiday on 14 July, Hotel Heiden has opened the pop-up restaurant ‘Chez Henry’ – a place that combines French bistro culture with local flair. The name is a double tribute: to the French women's national football team, which is currently staying exclusively at the Hotel Heiden, and to the great humanist Henry Dunant, whose spirit of humanity and hospitality shapes the concept.

While the Hotel Heiden will remain exclusively reserved for the French team until 27 July 2025, Chez Henry cordially invites you to enjoy French-inspired specialities in a relaxed atmosphere with great attention to detail. But Chez Henry is more than just a summer project. Even after the French team has left, the pop-up will remain open:

13 August to 6 September 2025 with guest chef Micha Merz
Every evening, Micha Merz transforms Chez Henry into a Parisian bistro serving classic French cuisine – with a modern twist, seasonal ingredients and great attention to detail. Early reservations are recommended as seating is limited.

Mid-November 2025 to the end of February 2026
Chez Henry becomes a cosy fondue restaurant – perfect for winter evenings with friends, family or for Christmas dinners with business associates.

The team at Hotel Heiden is looking forward to creating a new meeting place with ‘Chez Henry’.

À bientôt at Chez Henry
