Get away from it all
You can do what you want when you stay with us. And if you don’t want to do anything for a change, that’s ok, too. Leisure is no reason to have a guilty conscience after all, but food for the soul. Just for a few days, live as you please instead of by the clock. Your sleep will improve and you’ll find it easy to do things that normally seem a chore.
Take regular breaks, even in your daily routine. Your body gets up to speed quickly if you don’t work until you’re exhausted. And this applies, in particular, to sustainable relaxation. Try not to live like this: “In the first half of his life he toiled to make the money which the doctor took away from him in the second half.”
